**Tournament Registration Form Terms and Conditions**
1. **Registration Process**: By completing and submitting the registration form, you agree to participate in the soccer tournament organized by MJ Tuba Foundation NPO. All information provided must be accurate and up-to-date.
2.Fees and Payments**: A registration fee of R1000 is required to secure your team's spot in the tournament. Payment must be made in full by the specified deadline to confirm your participation.
3. **Team Eligibility**: Teams must consist of a minimum of 11 players and a maximum of 18 players. Players must be 16 years old or above to participate.
4. **Code of Conduct**: All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner throughout the tournament. Any form of unsportsmanlike behavior will not be tolerated.
5. **Tournament Rules**: All teams must adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by the tournament organizers which are available on our website www.midranddiski.co.za. Failure to comply may result in disqualification from the tournament.
6. **Liability Waiver**: Participants acknowledge that there are inherent risks involved in playing soccer and agree to release MJ Tuba Foundation NPO from any liability for personal injuries or property damage sustained during the tournament.
7. **Refund Policy**: Refunds will only be issued if the tournament is canceled by the organizers. No refunds will be given for team withdrawals or disqualifications.
8. **Photography and Media**: By participating in the tournament, you grant permission for your team's photographs and videos to be used for promotional purposes by the organizers.
9. **Weather Conditions**: In case of inclement weather, the organizers reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel matches for the safety of all participants.
10. **Changes to Terms and Conditions**: MJ Tuba Foundation NPO reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes via email or through the tournament website.
